  • "Digital sphere" -- this term is used prominently throughout the article, but apparently not defined elsewhere on Wikipedia. Is there a more generally accepted term that could be used instead?
  • Many statements need supporting evidence IMHO. E.g. "In international law, the right of a people to self-determination is commonly recognized as a ius cogens rule." According to ..?
  • There is not much mentioning of technology, in particular technology that makes D S-D much simpler vs. that makes it much harder. Example: the intention of the original personal computers (for individual empowerment), vs the then-prevalent mainframes (a tool of top-down corporate management).
