Add a realistic section on sex and gender discrimination- gender discrimination is not just a benign social concept, nor limited to glass ceilings. This discrimination is also focused on specific groups: women and people displaying gender characteristics not considered appropriate or “natural” in their respective contexts. There is no “natural” basis for such beliefs; discrimination is based on power struggles.
