1. Strengths: The article provides information including the definition of DNRA, the comparison between DNRA and denitrification, and DNRA in different microbes. The lead section is clear in each paragraph. The article cites some reliable sources, and it is basically neutral.

-Add a title.

-Reedit headings. Since subheadings have different sizes with one of them in bold font (“DNRA's Ecological role”).

2.2 Content:

-Structure seems confusing, it is better to reform the headings and subheadings. For instance, to change the first heading “Dissimilatory Nitrate Reduction to Ammonium (DNRA)” as “Definition”, and change the subheadings “Cellular DNRA Process”, “DNRA in Marine Microorganisms” and “DNRA's ecological role” to headings with subheadings for detailed information. For example: “DNRA in Marine Microorganisms” can lead two subheadings “Prokaryotes” and “Eukaryotes”, and "Cellular DNRA Process" can followed by different enzymes as its subheadings.

-Contents for “conditions when DNRA is favored over denitrification in coastal ecosystems” under the heading- “DNRA’s Ecological role” should be moved to the “DNRA vs. Denitrification” part.

-It is better if there is also a comparison between DNRA and anammox.

-Structure of the part “DNRA's Ecological role” is not clear, and there is also some irrelative information. For instance to state the difference of nitrate reduction rate in denitrification and DNRA under different environment. However, if authors can provide more information on the ecological roles of DNRA of microbes when environment varies, it will be more relevent to the topic. The sources are reliable and credible. Be careful with commas, there are some places where you are missing commas. Enzyme names and the words that are hyper-linked do not need to be capitalized. Perhaps I was reading things through too quickly, but what is DNRA-Anammox coupling? This is not clear to the reader. Here is an example of a paragraph where I added a couple of commas and removed some of the capitalization--> DNRA is a 3-step process, reducing NO3- to NO2-, then NO2- to NH4+, though the reaction may begin with NO2- directly. [1 Each step is mediated by a different enzyme; the first step of DNRA is usually mediated by a periplasmic nitrate reductase. The second step (respiratory NO2- reduction to NH4+) is mediated by cytochrome c nitrite reductase, occurring at the periplasmic membrane surface. [3] Despite DNRA not producing N2O as an intermediate product during nitrate reduction, (as Denitrification does) N2O may still be released as a by-product,[2] thus DNRA may also act as a sink of fixed, bioavailable N. DNRA's production of N2O may be enhanced at higher pH.[4]

Within DNRA's ecological role, I would change one of the sentences to: Within an ecosystem, denitrification and DNRA processes can occur simultaneously. Overall, the content seems well researched. There are a few formatting details that need to be corrected. Some small grammatical mistakes need to be corrected here and there so an overall edit and review of the work could be beneficial. Formatting of the entire article could be better organized and divided into more distinct groups; the reference list clearly labelled "Reference List" instead of being clumped in with the other information. It would be good to have an "introductory section" with a general summary of the other parts of the wiki page discussed so that everything ties together in your wiki page.
