advertising?[edit]

The section on "Infrastructure for Content Management" reads like an advertisement. Clearly not NPOV. There is a positive description of the product, but no negative or neutral description. All of the material prior to this section is fine, but this last bit is clearly problematic. I will add an NPOV tag. If no one comes to clean up that last section in the near future, I will delete it. --Nickmalik (talk) 19:21, 17 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

This is blatant advertising.—Preceding unsigned comment added by Liampaulmurphy (talkcontribs)

response[edit]

Thank you for your comments. I intend to rewrite this section to give it a more neutral tone. I hope to post an updated version in the next couple of days. - John Hyde, hyde_john@emc.com. 137.69.117.22 (talk) 17:53, 28 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

NPOV cleanup, structure change, COI notice and citations[edit]

I've altered this article a great deal to eliminate the POV. Fair warning, I am currently an EMC employee however I have worked with the product for 8 years as an independent contractor so my perspective is not limited to that from within the company. I am working to normalize the posting to other enterprise software product articles on wikipedia and will continue to add citations as necessary to make this article more useful and balanced.
