Confusion with his brother, also Dominique?[edit]

I don't know how to resolve this, but the entire "Last representative of Labourd and Basque autonomist" section does not seem to mesh with the biography in the 1911 Encyclopaedia Britannica (here). That article describes our Dominique as being appointed ambassador to Naples in 1798, and the following year appointed to the Council of Ancients; after 18 Brumaire (1799) appointed senator, count, and member of the chamber and the Institute. This doesn't seem to mesh with the biography of work on the Basque issues. David Brooks (talk) 19:59, 15 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]
