Picture book writer[edit]

Our book article Click, Clack, Moo shows great acclaim for the book, which should be mentioned here. But illustrator Betsy Lewin was the illustrator and thus the Caldecott Medal runner-up.

I expanded the list of Works to cover all 23 titles now in LC Online Catalog (4 of which are forthcoming). Every one has a distinct illustrator, all now identified here. Offhand I guess that all are picture books --only a few titles would fit "older readers" novels.

Not exclusively children's picture books. At least the two J.J. Tully mysteries are for older readers (see eg WorldCat: Trouble with Chickens). I inserted info from that WorldCat record in the list of Works, and same for M.O.M. which is likely to be an intermediate case.
