Outdated[edit]

I tried to edit this article so that it read more like an encyclopedia entry but the information is so dated that it's hard to do much with it. (I did move all the stuff about Hotel Syracuse over to Hotel Syracuse.) Can somebody provide more current information on Downtown Syracuse and Hotel Syracuse?
