Bill Ayers as primary author?[edit]

Reception at the time[edit]

Almost all the quotes in the reception section seem to come from after Obama was running for president. Were there any contemporary reviews? john k (talk) 00:03, 24 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Birther language[edit]

This section sounds like it is hinting he was born in Kenya:

The author never states in the book when or where he was born, but in chapter six he writes, quoting his mother speaking to him, "[t]hen you were born, and we agreed that the three of us would return to Kenya after he [Barack's father] finished his studies." - 125.237.50.81 (talk) 06:53, 6 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
