Sorry, but the Dreimorengesetz described is not such, it is the Latin antepaenultima-rule. In which the one or two morae of last syllable are immaterial.

Co-N-di-tus (masc. nom. sing.) has same accent as co-N-di-to-(o)s (masc. acc. pl.) in Latin.

It is on Greek where you have a nearly strict Dreimorengesetz: HY-do-or HY-da-tos

but Gen. pl.:

hy-DA-to-(o)n

due to omega in last syllable (long o, = o-(o) above) and Dreimorengesetz.
