vandals

Here come the vandals... --Mushiman 05:26, 7 February 2006 (UTC)

Here come Fark's horde of liberally biased moderators to try and silence me. Haizum 07:10, 3 March 2006 (UTC)
Horde, damn you, horde. --Tim Rhymeless (Er...let's shimmy) 05:23, 7 March 2006 (UTC)
Thanks autocorrect! Correct spelling - just of the wrong word. Still my fault. Way to attack me rather than my point though, but I guess you're a Fark user, so that figures. Haizum 06:53, 7 March 2006 (UTC)
Oh, sweet lovely irony.. -Tim Rhymeless (Er...let's shimmy) 03:22, 8 March 2006 (UTC)
They aren't liberally biased? Oh, it looks like that just shut you up. Haizum 03:33, 8 March 2006 (UTC)
Not to mention the fact that I have correspondence from a person close to Drew admitting that most Fark mods are leftist. Why don't I just contribute it and blow your condescending little comments right off the face of the Earth? Haizum 03:36, 8 March 2006 (UTC)
Oh, but you see, I couldn't care less about Fark mods, and probably agree with you on that subject. It's ironic as I find the following funny; neither vandals nor hoard/horde of liberals appear to have taken great notice of the article. With no-one else to silence you, I instead preferred to criticise your spelling error. Cock-up before confusion, after all. --Tim Rhymeless (Er...let's shimmy) 05:11, 8 March 2006 (UTC)
To say that the relevance of my comment is proportional to the response it gets is a an obese fallacy, morbidly so. Haizum 05:54, 8 March 2006 (UTC)
Oh no, nothing like that, either. It just seemed like you were so anxiously awaiting some sort of challenge from somebody, so I decided I might as well be the one to do it. -Tim Rhymeless (Er...let's shimmy) 08:15, 8 March 2006 (UTC)
Yes, and you did that by pointing out a typo, you know, as opposed to challenging the statement I was making. Good work, my opinion has completely changed. Haizum 08:24, 8 March 2006 (UTC)
Partially because I don't especially disagree with your statement in the first place. I'm not quite as worried about all of this as you are, however. -Tim Rhymeless (Er...let's shimmy) 10:10, 8 March 2006 (UTC)

Conflicting information

From Fark.com: "Duke sucks" - Drew Curtis is from Kentucky and thus hates Duke Basketball with a passion because of the 1992 East Regional Final in the NCAA Men's Basketball tournament, which Duke won at the last moment in double-overtime. See Christian Laettner for details.

From this article: Despite living in Lexington, Kentucky, home of arch-rival University of Kentucky, Drew is a huge fan of Duke University athletic teams, and frequently attends their games and events.

Does he like all Duke teams with the exception of basketball?

Merge

Support. Curtis = Fark; Fark = Curtis. Any distinction is irrelevant. --Mashford 16:41, 7 May 2007 (UTC) I moved this from a different page as it was mistakenly created I think. I have no preference about the merge. Phydend 20:04, 9 May 2007 (UTC)

Against. He is the creator of a website AND an author.

Against. Would you merge an author with their book, or allow them seperate articles? Jjs1978 19:29, 7 November 2007 (UTC)

Against, since he is distinguished as an author as well as the founder of fark.--TexasDex 05:21, 27 November 2007 (UTC)

Vandalism?

"Drew Curtis is suspected in the death of an Atlanta prostitute, though has not officially been charged in her murder." Should this be here? A quick search on google turned up zilch on any such news. Yadumey (talk) 21:15, 16 April 2008 (UTC)
