This really doesn't tell me anything about "Drop Art." One of the references mentions that the art originated by the artists painting rocks then dropping them from a window onto pavement and observing people's reactions. Did the art movement ever develop from there? What were its tenets and expressions? Intelligence3 19:14, 6 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

The drop art dates seem to probably preceed those of Allen Kaprow, according to the wiki artilce on Kaprow. Are we just guessing here or is there concrete evidence as to the true origins of drop art? The Black Mountain influence seems conclusive enough to me. Perhaps Kaprow got his idea from that source actually. E.alan.hansen E.alan.hansen (talk) 22:21, 24 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
