It seems to me that there is a substantial mix up on what is relevant to the EU ASMF and the US DMF. Although there are some similarities regarding the purpose, the two systems have huge differenses with respect to details. Wikipedia is not a manual for the compliance departments of drug developing firms. the articles is a copy pasted manual/protocol or form. I think the article should Only include a description of the document and an explanation of its purpose Pratat (talk) 19:22, 9 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
