October 2020[edit]

Looks like the "Performed" section contains information about the Horn Concerto No.2 — Preceding unsigned comment added by Slsy (talkcontribs) 23:25, 12 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Could you point out where exactly? -- Michael Bednarek (talk) 01:10, 13 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
In Infobox: Performed: 11 August 1943, Gustav von Freiburg (horn), Karl Böhm with the Vienna Philharmonic, Salzburg Festival. This information is not consistent with a Performance History. The concertino is not written for horn soloist, but Gustav von Freiburg (horn) is mentioned. Also date and performers are indentical as in the Horn Concerto No. 2 (Strauss)#Performance History, so I assumed that that is copy-paste mistake. --Slsy (talk) 22:02, 13 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
You're right. That section was created in the article's 1st version, but was invisible because of a syntax error. I then corrected that error in May this year, without checking. Your assumption about a careless copy/paste is also supported because the same editor created Horn Concerto No. 2 (Strauss) and that infobox has the same syntax error. I now removed that section here from the infobox. -- Michael Bednarek (talk) 02:02, 14 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
