In the article, shouldn't the parenthetical comment "(i.e., the equipotential lines are vertical)" instead say "(i.e., the equipotential lines are horizontal):"? Am I missing something?

Vertical equipotentials are correct. Equipotentials are always perpendicular to the flow direction, so if the flow is horizontal, then equipotentials are vertical. Take a look here for figures showing this (I found this link from random searching—although these figures aren't intended to show the Dupuit assumption). +mt 03:10, 24 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
