Date[edit]

The official E3 site, http://e3insider.com/, says the date is June 2-4, while this Wikipage says 1-4. The Microsoft conference was on the first, but E3 hadn't actually started yet, so, technically, this is incorrect.

Microsoft's 'ground breaking' project natal?[edit]

Project Natal is something major that Microsoft payed a lot of money to display at E3, it deserves to be here. MarixD (talk) 00:40, 4 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Attending Audience Increase[edit]

Under the History topic: "E3 2009 achieved this by attracting an attending audience of 41,000, a 720% increase on E3 2008's attendance." Under the Attendance topic: "At E3 2009 there was a total 41,000 attendees, which is only a 41% reduction of the 70,000 attendee high from 2005 and a 820% increase on the previous years (2008's) E3." One says 720% more, the other 820% more. Which is correct? --Jaryth000 (talk) 17:27, 6 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

It depends on if the E3 2008 and E3 2005 numbers are correct, which I haven't verified yet. If they are, I believe the 720% increase would be correct. My issue is with the notion of gauging the success of the shows based on attendance in the first place. E3 2005 and E3 2006 were big, but were logistical nightmares, which is why the ESA changed it to the Media and Business Summit format in the first place. The reduced attendance was partly by design. Image copyright problem with File:E3.png[edit]

The image File:E3.png is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here. In particular, for each page the image is used on, it must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Please check
