Exhibitors[edit]

Hey everybody, I made a note of it in the initial edit, but remember not to add any press conference notes or exhibitors to the article that isn't listed on the official E3 page and as for games, there needs to be a reliable source confirming that it will appear at the conference. Thanks. Chambr (talk) 03:46, 27 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

What about this website:

  • Note: Nintendo of America has recently been added to the list as of April 12th. Then Ubisoft confirmed that they will be at the exhibit. So there's no reason the list of exhibitors should be on there already. Zacharyalejandro (talk) 02:34, 15 April 2016 (UTC)Zacharyalejandro[reply]

Question[edit]

So, under the list of confirmed games, are we listing only the console versions of the games that will be available at the show, or are we listing all versions of the game that have been confirmed to be released? For example, the new Legend of Zelda title will be available to play (the Wii U version) on the show floor, but they are also releasing an NX version simultaneously. As you can see, "NX" isn't listed next to the title. I'm guessing this is because it's confirmed that the NX version will not be there. Let me restate my original question. Are we only listing the game versions that are confirmed to be there (ex. just Zelda U), or should we list all versions that will be released eventually (ex. both Zelda U and Zelda NX)? -- Super3588 (talk) 19:31, 2 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

It's a new Mario game, Super Mario Galaxy 3. It's a new Pikmin game is Pikmin 4. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 66.87.116.141 (talk) 12:56, 7 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Only list confirmed games. And neither Super Mario Galaxy 3 nor Pikmin 4 have been confirmed to be there. There's no reason to think Mario Galaxy 3 exists in any capacity actually. Sergecross73 msg me 15:09, 7 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]
FYI, this IP is one of the idiots that has posted numerous hoaxes in the past on Nintendo related articles. --The1337gamer (talk) 15:39, 7 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Now that User talk:66.87.116.141 has hijacked my question, let me re-ask it. Should we list all game versions of a game that will only have one version present at E3 (ex. list both Zelda U & Zelda NX) or should we list only the game versions that are confirmed to be at E3 (ex. only Zelda U)? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Super3588 (talkcontribs) 21:33, 7 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Only what can be confirmed by reliable sources. Add whatever platforms can be confirmed. Sergecross73 msg me 16:29, 8 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

E3 Live[edit]

Shouldn't this page also cover E3 Live? It's technically a separate event open to the public, but it's still run by the ESA and runs alongside E3. -- Gestrid (talk) 17:49, 9 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Under Bethesda, is states "...Doom and Fallout 4 and a intro for The Elder Scrolls: Legends".

"a" should be "an". Also, a comma should be placed after "Fallout 4".

Nintendo Treehouse Day 2[edit]

Shouldn't Nintendo Treehouse Day 2 be mentioned in the Nintendo section?

72.89.126.24 (talk) 19:41, 16 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Not done Yes, sure, but you need to propose actual content and sources to be added in edit requests like this. Sergecross73 msg me 19:58, 16 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]
This is a fair request, no question, but surprisingly, unlike the other major press presentations, I'm not able to find a good summary article on what Nintendo showed off at this second Treehouse in an RS. The individual titles are easily found, and there's definitely stuff to include like Ever Oasis and the surprise release of Rhythm Heaven Megamix. I'll see what I can pull. --MASEM (t) 20:25, 16 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Some of Sega's games at E3 2016 like Hatsune Miku: Project Diva X, Shin Megami Tensei IV: Apocalypse, The King of Fighters XIV, and Rock of Ages 2: Bigger and Boulder are not shown on this list. 67.163.57.33 (talk) 16:40, 18 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Not done: as you have not cited reliable sources to back up your request, without which no information should be added to, or changed in, any article. - Arjayay (talk) 16:51, 18 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]
