Renaming/Eastern Magyars[edit]

I renamed the page because it was hopeless ( lots of unsourced statement). I think theme of Eastern Magyars deserves an own page and Kummagyaria can get a section there as alternative research.Fakirbakir (talk) 15:50, 12 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Sources[edit]

  • About Friar Julian: [1] [2]
  • Pope Pius II in tthe 15th century: Not far from the source of the Don River there still exists another Hungary, the mother of that Hungary of ours of which I am speaking. It is quite similar in language and customs, although ours, which worships Christ, is more civilized; the other one observes a barbaric way oflife and bows down to idols [3] Avpop (talk) 06:33, 7 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Volgabulgari! [4] Could you provide any reliable academic source which justify your modification? I see you are worry about "Hungarian users keep violating Turkic pages." if I revert your edit in Hungarian related contents like: Eastern Hungarians User talk:Beshogur#Hungarian reverts OrionNimrod (talk) 13:36, 18 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Can you provide an academic sources suggesting Turkic origin of Magyars? You sent me a DNA link suggesting Onoghurs and Magyars are the same. Volgabulgari (talk) 13:39, 18 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
We are talking about location, and in the 8000km long steppe belt many tribes moved east-west both way. What is the reliable academic source of your edit? OrionNimrod (talk) 13:57, 18 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
