Copyright issues that aren't, and why this reads like a news article[edit]

Content from this edit is substantially similar to content in this news article dated April 18, 2005. The Wikipedia editor claims to be the same person as the author of the news article. It is very likely he has the rights to GFDL it.

I'm putting this info here in case anyone after me is as concerned about copyright as I was. davidwr/(talk)/(contribs)/(e-mail) 19:03, 9 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Notability[edit]

"11th largest real estate agency in the US" and not having her agency bought out and consumed in some larger entity or chopped up while she is alive is enough. Real-estate dealing is a cut-and-dried business activity except that much of it is preparation meeting luck. She survived the real-estate meltdown of Texas in the 1980s without getting caught up in a scandal... that is impressive.

For someone in the real estate business who has been successful at least in one large city without getting ensnared in scandals, any article is going to read much like a press report.Pbrower2a (talk) 20:48, 4 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
