I would like to suggest this page be renamed Echinus esculentus. The species is found in the seas off north west Europe. The current title is in the English language but the name brings up 10,800 hits on Google whereas "Common sea urchin", the name with which I am familiar, brings up 191,000. It is also known by vernacular terms in the languages of other European countries. The scientific name is common to them all and I think is preferable for Wikipedia.
