Comments[edit]

I'd say it's of high importance. The concept impinges on divorce, welfare, cohabitation, the so-called "marriage penalty", and so on. --Uncle Ed (talk) 04:49, 26 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

  • But maybe I shouldn't have mentioned the latter, since I started it - the Deletionists might try to prod or AfD it out of existence! --Uncle Ed (talk) 04:51, 26 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Reppy (1985)?[edit]

There is an issue with the reference John Paul Parks (talk · contribs) added on August 3, 2016: the article author and title do not match with the publication information. 68 Marquette L. Rev. 448 (Spring 1985) is an article by J. J. Podell, whereas Reppy's "The Uniform Marital Property Act: Some Suggested Revisions for a Basically Sound Act" was published in the Houston Law Review (Vol. 21, p. 679). Both articles obviously deal with similar issues, so which one was the correct reference here? --bender235 (talk) 13:52, 20 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
