Untitled[edit]

I read on the back of an actual album jacket of one of his earlier works, that he was killed behind that club while trying to break up an argument between two men. Apparently the two men were fiercely arguing about some issue or another, and Mr. jefferson stepped in and said "Brothers, Brothers, we don't need all of this," and before he could finish his statement, one of the men pulled out a gun and shot him in the head. He staggered a few feet and fell and by the time anyone was called he was pronounced dead at the scene. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Edenrage (talkcontribs) 20:28, 25 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
