For the record[edit]

  • Among those belived lost in the train wreck was William Miller of Hamilton, Ohio; not to be confused with William J, Miller died August 1904 and his wife {died same time] of Pubelo Colorado-see his wife obituary at Find a Grave — Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.49.179.185 (talk) 15:29, 20 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  • Possible victium? "Brown" Reported to have come from Hamilton Ohio- although a 1904 Hamilton Newspaper reported the local Police learned nothing of his identity {Butler Co Republican-News August 16, 1904 page 1] However a monument memorial to the Eden Victiums reports his first name as "Robert". Post- script message from FAG creater of Eden Disaster Virtual Cemetery:" 5 Nov 2020 RE: Eden Disaster Virtual Cemtery I've found no documentation on either of these two indicating they were actually on the train. The only reference I have found to either: “No inquiries have been received about William Miller of Cincinnati or a Mr. Brown of Hamilton, O. They were also thought by Denver parties to have possibly been lost.” (Denver Rocky Mountain News 8/12/1904) As of now, I'm leaning towards these two having never been on the train. I've been unable to find the graves of William and Mizella Miller. Guessing they are unmarked. Suspect they were listed as Eden victims because they were in the morgue at the same time as the Eden victims as the murder/suicide occurred within days of the wreck."
