Several irrelevant paragraphs[edit]
This page needs to be rewritten. There are many useful data, however, it's presented awfully and written as an essay. Many paragraphs are irrelevant. The history section of Higher education is focused on the gender gap in education, which was not a situation unique to Latin America and fails to describe the history of higher education in the region.
