When was Kinder acquisition?[edit]

Very early in page (as it stood 14 Feb 23) it says Kinder acquired EPG in 2012. Just before the section "Criticism" it says 2011. The article cited for the 2011 date merely says the acquistion had been "announced". This could have been the announcement of an INTENTION to attempt an acquisition. I have other reasons to think it was 2021, but not strong enough evidence to change the page. I went to the page hoping to find the date! Merge with El Paso Natural Gas?[edit]

This article, especially the history, could be merged into El Paso Natural Gas. The history is the story of El Paso Natural Gas. it should be noted that the history in the format it is in now could be considered plagiarized. Starlighsky (talk) 03:19, 1 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
