Hey, Wiki! I'll be reviewing this article, one of my favorite albums! --Giacobbe talk 02:50, 9 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Non-reviewer comments
  • "Their efforts resulted in a concept album (...)" — The only person that says Electra Heart is actually conceptual is a BBC Music writer, not the artist herself (Marina & The Diamonds). This should be rephrased or removed unless you come up with a source in which Diamandis says so herself (if I do say so myself, if I do say so myself).
  • Several reviews recognize Electra Heart as a concept album, and even though Diamandis doesn't explicitly state that it is, she has acknowledged that the character "Electra Heart" discusses stereotypical American culture. I think it would be alright to keep the mention of a concept album, although if it is a sticking point then I will certainly reconsider.
  • "Diamandis intended to transition (...)" — this isn't proved by any source. The only thing that the sources say is that Electra Heart is a transition from the new wave styles (plus, later on the Composition section, you should include indie pop as well, with a source from The Family Jewels article...)
  •  Done, reworded.
  • I think it would be interesting to have a "Visuals" section (see Beyoncé) where the synopsis of each music video for this era is mildly addressed just to give the reader a (kind of) in-depth look at this era's story. There's much more to the Electra Heart era; you know it.
  •  Done, great idea! I don't know why I didn't think of this earlier!

Overall, good job! I have to listen to this album, I've been listening to "Power & Control" (congrats on the GA!), "How to Be a Heartbreaker" and "Electra Heart" (the song) recently. prism 22:40, 9 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for your feedback! I've known about Marina for a while but I've only just started listening to her music; I wish that I started listening earlier! WikiRedactor (talk) 23:57, 9 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Good work again! This article is perfect as it is right now. Congratulations prism 09:55, 10 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
