Not a translate, but abstract and re-write. I don't like using foreign wikis as a source, but in this case it seemed best. I have seen a number of books on Caucasus history, most mention Elisu in passing but none give a coherent account. Their bibliographies and footnotes don't point to anything obvious. A large library might have a journal article somewhere, but I suspect that nearly everything is in Russian, Georgian or Azeri. We needed articles on Elisu and Djaro-Belokani for a complete list of the statelets annexed during the Russian conquest of the Caucasus. This gives us two stubs that I hope someone will later expand.
