President of the Gaelic League?[edit]

I'm curious as to why this says that she was president of the Gaelic League, while the Conradh na Gaeilge (currently most used name for the body) article lists Douglas Hyde, Eoin MacNeill, and John J. O'Kelly, Peadar Toner Mac Fhionnlaoich, et cetera as its presidents during the entirety of her life. She doesn't show up on the Conradh na Gaeilge wiki page at all actually. Are we sure that she wasn't the president of a local branch? The claim also isn't cited unlike for example Douglas Hyde's article which has citations related to his presidency of the League (specifically citations 9 & 10 at least in Douglas Hyde). I seriously doubt that this woman could have been the president of such Conradh na Gaeilge during its most influential era and not show up at all on the wiki page or on the organisation's list of presidents on its website (https://cnag.ie/en/membership/25-english-bearla/info/conradh-na-gaeilge/29-who-is-president-of-conradh-na-gaeilge.html). 2601:86:C37F:CD80:712F:E079:ADA8:82F7 (talk) 07:07, 29 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

You are right, she was president of the Kilkenny branch as the dib.ie reference that I have added, makes clear. I have updated the text. Spleodrach (talk) 12:03, 29 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
