Revert August 29[edit]

I reverted the addition of the claim made in a footnote in the Battle and Leaders series. This account, by Captain Parsons of the 1st Vermont cavalry, has been disputed by various historians. Since our policy {WP:RS) promotes secondary sources over primary sources of this type, I believe the current text of the article should stand as is. Hal Jespersen 23:08, 29 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
