I have never liked the sentence "it has not officially existed..". It sounds like it's a ghost town or there is a large hole you fall into if you travel there. Perhaps we can say "Since (whatever year amalgamation went through) it has been part of the Township of Centre Wellington ..."

Should we make sections like history, geography, culture, demographics etc.?

There are no citations

We need some history between 1832 and 2000.

Some of the external links seem to be advertising, rather than providing more information.

The town's motto is quoted as "Tempus rurum [sic] imperator", and translated as "Time is the ruler of all things". The vestiges of my high school Latin tell me that "of [...] things" needs to be "rerum", not "rurum". If the motto actually contains "rurum", the translation needs changing.
