"Still alive"[edit]

I don't know what exactly takes places in the pathetic minds of those who believe in conspiracy theories. But I guess even the believers think Elvis may have died by now. He would, after all, be 83. So wouldn't it be appropriate to change the opening sentence into "The term "Elvis sightings" refers to the conspiracy theory that Elvis Presley did not die in 1977, but went into hiding for various reasons and is either still alive or has survived considerably longer." Or its equivalent in good English, if this sounds to awkward to your native speaker ears. Steinbach (talk) 16:30, 29 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I believe Elvis was abducted by aliens and still alive in a exoplanet. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 189.68.46.74 (talk) 20:28, 1 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Possible explanation of the Elvis sightings[edit]

At the time of Elvis's birth, there was some difficulty determining which hospital baby was which, so his mother could have been handed the wrong baby very easily; hence Elvis's brother Jesse could still be alive and it could be he whom these people are seeing.
