Does the Act have new sponsors each time Congress convenes? Has it been proposed again in the dysfunctional 2019 House? Yoder was not returned, and Polis now serves as Colorado governor, so does that mean the bill has died on the vine and must be resubmitted by new sponsors, or is it queyed in some committee from whence it will be perpetually resubmitted? I'll grant that Congress has other fish to fry, some scalier than others, but this is important. rags (talk) 12:24, 2 October 2019 (UTC)
