The article was originally created based on a listing and coordinates from National Geographic Google Books. Some more searching has revealed that it is better referred to as "Quebrada Emero", which has a (presumably robot-generated) article on 2 wikipedias (e.g. sv:Quebrada Emero). The coordinates from there, sourced from Geonames, align with US DoD maps of the area containing the Quebrada Emero, found at 1 and 2. I would probably suggest coord closer to [-13.373311, -67.434904] and will update this article accordingly. Granted, this isn't much actual information about the river, but based on this it seems that it exists. Pinging @Premeditated Chaos:; lemme know what you think. Not sure that Geonames is a reliable source or what kind of other sourcing is needed for geographical places for it to be considered reliable. Ok, here's where I'm at on this. Per GNIS Geonames (a US government database of foreign place-names that's reasonably reliable), it's an "intermittent stream", which pretty much means it's a little ravine that turns into a stream in the rainy season. The alternate name you provided, "Quebrada Emero", backs that up - Quebrada means "ravine". The GBooks snippet of this book describes it as a tributary of the Beni River:

Other than that, the most content I've seen about this feature under Quebrada Emero, Rio Emero, and/or Emero River, are some trivial mentions: [1], [2], and [3].
