Dubious information in "Regimen" section[edit]
I figured I should start a topic on the talk page about this before actually adding the "dubious" tag to the article. In the Regimen section there is the statement "The goal is to completely exhaust the body of oxygen." This seems incredibly unlikely, as if your body is "completely exhausted" of oxygen, it means you are not breathing and probably also dead. Perhaps this is referring to the muscle stores of glycogen being depleted, but I could not find anything on Mr. Emerson's (archived) website that specifically mentioned this, so I'm not sure where this assertion came from. If someone can figure out where this came from and/or what it's actually trying to say, the text should be updated. Lumberjane Lilly (talk) 15:33, 16 November 2023 (UTC)
