Wiki is self promotion. All references are self-published by the organisation this wiki is about. Wikilinks are all generic (for example 'Germany' and 'Vatican'). No notability of this organisation other than self-reported. Wiki link pages are not of notable relevance to the topic of this page

The references might be to the organization's own page (I didn't verify) and the article might have been written with a self-promotion intent (how would I know, and how would you know), but the organization is undoubtedly notable and well known, as a basic google search shows.
