Disadvantages

Me thinks disadvantages should be included to give a better picture.

Australian section

Ive added some information from Australia. the Australian Tax office (www.ato.gov.au) has many good references via a search for 'Fringe Benefits Tax'.

It would be nice to see at some point a table which lists countires, specific benefits typs and their general freinge benefit exemption status.

Ie.

  • Country: US Australia UK etc.
  • Health Care YES NO ...
  • School fees ... ... ...

(The above data is for illustration purposes and is not necessarliy correct) Sorry still learning how to format a table ;)

Political

Shouldn't we talk about something other than employee perks? For example political perks for campaign contributions, etc.? --ʀ6ʍɑʏ89 05:36, 24 February 2006 (UTC)

Sure we should. In the appropriate location, which isn't here. 65.182.51.67 (talk) 02:54, 21 January 2008 (UTC)

'or', instead 'and'...?

At the UK section:

You can see (3): Employee Benefits are categorised by three terms: Flexible Benefits (Flex) and Flexible Benefits Packages, Voluntary Benefits and Core Benefit. I think better is:

  • ('or', instead 'and') Employee Benefits are categorised by three terms: Flexible Benefits (Flex) or Flexible Benefits Packages, Voluntary Benefits and Core Benefit. Do you? --PLA y Grande Covián (talk) 20:44, 27 February 2009 (UTC)
