Talk:Employee offboarding

This article isn't great and seems to be written from the perspective of a corporate HR department. I added a "how-to" flag under the best practices section - perhaps that entire section should be removed.

I do wonder whether this should be merged with Termination of employment. TheEBCJ (talk) 01:44, 29 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Complaint[edit]

"Employee exit management is the process used within many businesses to terminate employees (sic) in a professional manner. It applies to employees who have resigned and those that have been terminated (sic) by the company". This is a quite outstanding example of corporatese. It sounds as though the employees have been murdered. Biscuittin (talk) 10:35, 9 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
