Empress Zhen (Cao Fang) → Empress Zhen – I don't believe Empress Dowager Ci'an was known as "Empress Zhen" in history. She was known as "Consort Zhen" before she became an empress, but that name didn't carry over. Regardless in the WP:TWODABS situation, the issue can be easily resolved by hatnotes. Oppose based on what information has been presented. The Empress Dowager Ci'an says she was officially named Empress Xiao Zhen Xian posthumously, which suggests that she is the primary topic for "Empress Zhen", considering the 3rd century empress is obscure.
