Enchanted Scepters was definitely not realized in 1984, though it seems to have a 1984 copyright date - MacUser reviewed it as new in May 1986 and MacWorld did so in June 1986. Also, it wasn't the first Mac game to have digitized sound - Silicon Beach's own "Airborn!" predated it. I believe people are confused by the 1984 copyright date on the disk -- it's possible the game was written in 1984 but it certainly wasn't released then. Note the source that was cited saying it was the first game with digitized sound is a magazine from the 1990s with no Web link available. I'm changing the release date here to 1986, if someone has a source mentioning the release of the game before 1986 it would be interesting to see. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Scrutchfield (talk • contribs) 11:07, 26 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
