Notability[edit]

This subject seems to fail basic notability and ORG.

Envirochemie GmbH is a subsidiary of SKion Water GmbH (since 2016), through its operating subsidiaries Ovivo, owned by Susanne Klatten, and all under the umbrella of SKion GmbH, which is an investment company.

Ovivo is a privately owned joint venture: Owned by SKion and la Caisse, (70%) and (30%) respectively.

A problem is that sources found are either company-related material, industry-related, or press releases. Neither of these two advances notability.

A merge was suggested that didn't produce any results. I have an issue moving titles to other articles (merging) where there is not at least a reliable source for content, otherwise, I would not be against a merge. -- Otr500 (talk) 01:16, 27 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
