I left the following feedback for the creator/future reviewers while reviewing this article: The subject in this article appears to be notable enough for an article, but the language is very technical in places, and borderline violates the neutral point of view policy in others, such as "The previous results were in error ... Epstein's work is viewed as definitive". Please take a look at the links I've provided and attempt to address some of these issues, and let me know if you have any questions!
