No. I believe it was just a redrawing of the boundary. Ngrams is very inconclusive, but I would just leave it.[1] Apteva (talk) 04:49, 2 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Weak support The term seems to be a proper noun referring to a specific place. But with such mixed usage, both in sources and the article, I think it could go either way. --BDD (talk) 17:40, 8 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
