Erica's attraction to Callie[edit]

"In episode 4.12, after weeks of continued persistence, Erica agrees to go on a date with him, to his major excitement. However, Erica's attraction to Callie is also evident in this episode as she watches Callie dance with Sloan."

To me this was ambiguous, and her reaction had at least three interpretation:

  • Erica is sexually attracted to Callie
  • Erica is sexually attracted to Sloan and is jealous/envious to see him dancing with Callie.
  • Erica is hurt b/c she feels abandoned by Callie

  • Erica plants a kiss on Callie in episode 4.15, maybe as a joke. She isn't sexually attracted to Callie, but Emotion-ing in love with her. P.S. Is she now a Lesbian or Bisexuality now?--Brown Shoes22 (talk) 22:08, 19 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Pretty much yes, too soon. Bisexuality is a genuine sexual orientation. One kiss with one person of the same gender does not a bisexual make. If they get into a relationship, then yes, that's fair. Removing for now. - Lenky (talk) 11:20, 21 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I don't think you read what I wrote. They have kissed twice. Once was a joke. Once was serious. However, they are not in a relationship yet, nor have they slept together. If that counted as bisexuality, you'd have to add that tag to every college-aged woman in America. Successful good article nomination[edit]

I am glad to report that this article nomination for good article status has been promoted. This is how the article, as of September 12, 2008, compares against the six good article criteria:

1. Well written?: Written in clear and understandable wording.
2. Factually accurate?: Duly cited to WP:V/WP:RS secondary sources - I also see some use of primary sources for the direct information about the character's storyline and her history within the show itself, but this is within reason and acceptable.
3. Broad in coverage?: Article is indeed broad in coverage, covering many aspects of the character's history, reception, and background on the program.
4. Neutral point of view?: Article is written in a neutral tone.
5. Article stability? No issues on the talk page, last talk page post is from May 2008, inspection of the article's edit history reveals some minor disruption from IPs and such but that appears to have been dealt with, just keep an eye on that. No other issues apparent in the edit history going back several months.
6. Images?: The image had an adequate fair use rationale, but I took the liberty of expanding on that on the image page, so it is now satisfactory.
