District 7, Budapest[edit]

The beautiful Synagogue located in the traditional Jewish Quarter is a pearl in District 7, that has undergone rapid developments recently, building renovations, new developments. Some parts of the district f.e. close to the City Park, Madách Square, the Városligeti fasor has grate investment potential. The inner parts are before renovation yet, but developers have already found the possibility in District 7, due to the capital growth expected in the future thanks to the renovations, reconstructions over the coming years. When purchasing a property here, should you discuss with a local expert for a piece of advice. Ringroad properties are also suitable for office purposes, many company has headquarters on Elizabeth Ringroad, Rákóczi Street. Prices here are even lower than in District 6, outstanding long term investment possibility due to the high capital appreciation.
