Is this a personal web page?[edit]

I wonder if the editors/creators of this page have any notion of what an encyclopedia article is. I suppose information like list of your publications is supposed to be on your academic web site rather than Wikipedia! --Belkovich (talk) 08:08, 15 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Regarding "selected publications", if the section is really important to this article (where I don't see such importance at all), an external link to the person's home page would be enough. Besides, Wikipedia is not a bibliography database. If someone is looking for a specific article, they can have a look at list_of_academic_journal_search_engines or dozens of other repositories like DBLP, CiteSeer, Web of Science etc. --Belkovich (talk) 07:37, 24 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Re: Research interests[edit]

One’s research interests are not of interest to readers of an encyclopedia. Besides, this information is already available at his personal web site as cited in the article: [1]. --Belkovich (talk) 09:00, 5 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
