OWI vs FSA[edit]

If my understanding is correct, the OWI did not "succeed" to the photographic unit of the FSA, but the photographic unit of the FSA was incorporated to the OWI. Can someone confirm ? Brgds, Jatayou (talk) 15:08, 18 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
