Oppose I think it's best to keep it as an election article, without prejudice to a separate article being created on the Assembly itself. I can't see the relevance of the interwikis; different languages have different organisational structures. Number 5 7 10:23, 3 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Support. As far as I can gather, this was a short-lived assembly with only one election ever held. And the article is largely about the assembly itself, rather than specifics of the election that chose its members. In fact I think it was originally at the Estonian Provincial Assembly name from 2003–2014 prior to a bold move to the current title. At the moment there isn't really enough material to justify two articles, but if someone gathers more specific stuff on the election itself, e.g. campaigning and suchlike, they could spin off a separate article at that stage. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Amakuru (talk • contribs) 2021-03-12T12:02:50 (UTC)
