I'll take this one. Comments to follow. Zawed (talk) 21:52, 1 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

History

  • I think there is a missing word here: "This tower may have been around 1341 on..."
  • Not sure of the wording here: "...commission being stood up to..."; stood up seems an unusual turn of phrase to me.
  • Do we know how long the wardship lasted? Seems to be at least 13 years at a minimum, when did John Manners come of age?
  • Wikilink "Ford Castle"?
  • The sentence beginning "The precise events are unclear..." is very long; suggest breaking it up.
  • Typo in the heading: 16th - 16th centuries. Would have fixed myself but unsure if you meant 15th - 16th or just 16th Century.
  • wikilink for "border wars with Scotland"?

Architecture

  • Wikilink "curtain wall"
  • Missing the conversion for 17 feet 6 inches

Other stuff

  • Image tags look OK to me
  • No duplicate links
  • Dab links to Window seat and Wark castle
  • There is a problem with the external link to the English Heritage website

Nice work as always, just minor details to sort. Zawed (talk) 22:24, 1 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Cheers, should all be done now...
... I can't find a reference for how long the wardship lasted (other than it was "long"!). The 17 feet should already have a conversion ("17 feet 6 inches by 7 feet 10 inches (5.33 by 2.39 m)").
Thanks for the review! Hchc2009 (talk) 18:16, 2 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Looks all good, passing as GA. Cheers. Zawed (talk) 05:58, 4 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]
