The result of the move request was: not moved. The spelled-out name is also in common use, e.g., [1], [2], [3] and the article's use of both the initialism and the full title should keep it from looking too incongruous. -- JHunterJ (talk) 01:07, 24 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Eurasian Natural Resources CorporationENRC – – Per common name and the standard approach for company articles. ENRC is what the company calls itself in all communications, and what the media now calls it too e.g. [4], [5], [6] and [7]. Rangoon11 (talk) 19:34, 16 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

  • Oppose – initialisms are generally avoided in titles unless they are super well known. Dicklyon (talk) 06:05, 17 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
This company is based in the UK, but I would be surprised if even 1% of the population here have heard of it. I would be surprised if even 0.1% of the population of the U.S. had heard of it. I struggle to see how its name, in any format, is ever going to be "super well known". The issue is what is the common name of the topic. The company rebranded a while back as its legal name no longer was an accurate description of either its operations or its location of domicile and HQ. Highly respected media outlets such as the Financial Times, Guardian, Reuters, Independent and This is Money use the name ENRC. This Wikipedia article has been left looking incongruous.
