Untitled[edit]

this seems to imply the voting system changed by the introduction of the regional list system: this was already implemented in by the 1999 act. i'm unsure if this one actually made any changes. Morwen - Talk 12:43, 22 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Tense[edit]

The article is written in the imperfect tense. Whilst the Act will be repealed if Brexit occurs, it is still current and should be written in the present tense until it is actually repealed.
