Just a thought - this article doesn't say why this creature is called a "stink bug" - presumably it gives off a stink! It would be useful to include some information in this regard. SmilingFace (talk) 11:17, 10 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

It's not really something that's unique to this species, but I've linked "stink bug" to Pentatomidae where there's an explanation. Adding it to every member of the family with an article would probably not be very productive EditorInTheRye (talk) 15:16, 10 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
